Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated at checkout and updated as needed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Every Hole Shot™ is individually assembled and tested to help ensure it meets the quality standards expected by professional tradespeople.

Shipping Methods

Trade Built Tools ships throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Trade Built Tools is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Limited Warranty

Trade Built Tools stands behind the quality of our products. The Hole Shot™ is covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase.

If Trade Built Tools determines that your product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will, at our sole discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
• Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not practical.

Proof of purchase may be required to obtain warranty service.

Wear Items

The interchangeable O-rings used with The Hole Shot™ are consumable components designed to grip the inside of conduit. Because they are intended to create friction with the conduit, they will naturally wear over time depending on frequency of use, conduit condition, and jobsite environment.

Normal wear of O-rings is expected and is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

Replacement O-rings will be offered by Trade Built Tools as they become available. We are continually improving our O-ring materials and designs, and future versions may offer enhanced durability and performance while remaining compatible with your tool.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper operation.
• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly.
• Accidents, drops, or impact damage.
• Cosmetic wear that does not affect product performance.
• Improper charging, storage, or maintenance.
• Water intrusion or exposure beyond the product’s intended use.
• Normal wear of consumable components, including O-rings.
